Just a little heads up

When you're eating out and your server asks you if there's anything else he can get for you, saying 'Yeah, how 'bout a million dollars!!!' is neither original nor funny. I've heard this response a hundred times and I'm losing my ability to muster up even a weak courtesy laugh.
